“Abundance and Being Present”

by Lee Follender

This moment is all there is.  Now.  That’s it.

In this moment everything is possible.

In this moment everything is available.

This moment is abundant and that abundance is yours for the asking.

Over the course of your life, how much time have you spent worrying, feeling dissatisfied, feeling like there’s something wrong or like there’s not enough?

If you’re experiencing some level of worry, dissatisfaction, or wrongness – you’re not present.

In this moment there’s nothing to worry about.

When you’re not present, it’s likely that you do not experience your life as abundant.  Abundance exists in the moment.  If you’re plugged into some negative thought, limiting belief, resistance of one sort or another, it’s virtually impossible to experience the world as the limitless abundant place it truly is.

How often are you present in the moment?

Try this exercise…

Take a deep breath.

And then take another.

Notice that air is moving in and out of your body.

Pay attention to your breath.

Notice your feet on the floor.

Notice what your arms are doing.

Keep paying attention to your breath.

There. How does that feel?

Do you feel like you’re “in” your body?

Guess what?

You’re present!

Now take a look around you and see all the abundance.

Simple isn’t it?

Remember…

This moment is all there is.  Now.  That’s it.

In this moment everything is possible.  In this moment everything is available.  This moment is abundant and that abundance is yours for the asking – right now in this moment.
