Managing Anger Anger varies in intensity, ranging from mild irritation to violent rage. Whether expressed or suppressed. it makes you sick! The problem with getting angry is that there is only a slim chance that it might solve the problem, but a much greater chance that it’ll create new ones. Understanding anger is realising that anger can be a by-product of our own unfulfilled expectations, our way of thinking, rather than the other person or event. Managing Anger is about understanding and recognising anger. It’s about controlling your internal responses, calming yourself down and letting the feelings of anger subside. Remember, anger is only 1 letter away from danger!
