“I believe that we live at a very crucial moment in humanity’s transformation and I want you to move beyond the old paradigm and discover your power, your freedom.
I believe we are at a point of such transformation that we can no longer wait for someone else, or something else. I believe that we are creators and that everyone here is equal and part of that creation. I believe that God doesn’t live somewhere outside, that the Divine, meaning intelligence, freedom, is everywhere. You, me, we are connected.
I believe that we have to put things into practice. We can’t just sit and watch television or watch life, or watch a relationship and hope it gets better or wait for it to change.
I challenge you to step away from the sofa, where it is comfortable to watch TV, and to participate. It is a wonderful thing when we realize that we have this power, which is not of the ego, but is wisdom.”
Just did this….liked it….wantd to share……….
I bought this CD last year with a whole load of other similar ones but only just picked it up now. I am a great believer in ‘there’s a time and a place’ so this is the right time for me to look at this.
I have literally just finished the session and can I just say, it was great. I actually felt things happening in my body like blockages being removed and clearing going on. Glenn has a soothing but practical voice for this. The content was great and I could follow this with ease. I always like listening to these things a few times so that the information really sinks in so I’ll do that. It’s too soon to see the results but I will keep you updated.
I was just on Glenn’s website and quite surprised that I had not heard of him yet. I love the fact that he says he wanted to use hypnotherapy to heal rather than entertain and I respect Glenn for saying that.
There is an abundance of great information and Auranics definitely recommends Glenn’s work. All products including downloads are very reasonable in price. He promotes his work through:
His books include titles such as:
- Sleep well every night
- look young live longer
- lose weight now!
- De-stress your life in 7 easy steps
Certainly worth a closer look!
I have been doing this for a few years now on and off – more on than off! I can really say it has worked for me. It is a mild form of meditation to help you switch off and get a good nights sleep.
Lie down on your bed and take away your pillow so that your body is flat on the bed. Lie with your feet apart and your arms just away from your sides so that your energies can flow with ease – so kind of like in a cross shape.
Breathe in deeply slowly and exhale slowly and you should start to feel relaxed. Now you are ready. Take in a deep breath and on your out breath, say in your mind to yourself “I am letting go of everything that is occupying my mind (or I am letting go of everything that happened today). It is time for my body to rest. I am ready to switch off and sleep.”
Say this whilst breathing continually about 10 times always on the out breath. When you are finished, gently move your fingers and your toes to come out of the meditation and lie in your normal sleeping position.
It does take a bit of practice for some people. Some of you will ease into it straight away. What you will find is that you have a deep, restful sleep and enough of what your body needs. You should wake up fresh and ready for another day because your body has rested well.
Try it and let me know what you think.
So much of this made sense to me. I am going to try Mike’s recommendation on living at the centre of the wheel. I hope I’m patient enough to see the results. I really support Mike’s work. The more I read, the more sense it all seems to make. I guess he is at the right level as a Teacher for me personally to learn. He is certainly thought provoking for me but with lots of agreement.
Here is an excerpt but as always…..

From the mysteries of time (last week) comes the conundrum of life. Do we journey through life or does life journey through us? Or both. Are you the driver or the hitchhiker? Or both. Are you the traveller or the witness? Or both. Are you on the stage or in the audience? Or both. Do YOU move or are you moved? Or neither!
Such questions have plagued the intellects of philosophers and mystics for centuries. Today, few of us have little time for such self-indulgent naval gazing reflections, (!) busy as we are with more important matters such as the price of a house, the latest score in the cricket and the weather for the weekend! And yet many of us often feel an ache in our soul which, when examined, reveals a desire to know the answers to such deep and profoundly significant questions, if perhaps phrased in slightly different ways.
If you do stop to look, to understand, to ‘stand under’ the idea of what it means to live, you may begin to sense all is not what it appears to be, all is not what you have been taught to see, all is not as real as you were led to believe.
I have been looking at the Sivananda website today. there is lots of great information on there. I love the words they have on the site – Serve, Love, Give, Meditate, Realise.
Anyway, they have some really good facilities including meditation and yoga courses. They have charges but Auranics approves these. They are reasonable for what you are getting. Here is just one of many….
