If you can get away for a bit….do it – it will do you the world of good

I was the EMEA Recruitment Manager for a mobile phone company until my contract ended a few months ago. Recruiting is my forte and no one is recruiting due to the economic climate. So I have time on my hands for the first time in ages. So I am getting around to seeing all of the friends I never have time to spend time with.

I’m in Warwickshire at the moment staying with my Chef friend and his family. Just some great food and brilliant company has taken me right away from my norm. I’m in a totally new environment and it has warmed my soul.

So especially during this turbulant time, if you can get away for a bit, do it. The result is amazing.
