**Mind Body Spirit Festival in London 20-25th May**

 

MBS Festival – This is a great event for those of you who are local to London or happen to be around in May. Having been myself quite a few times now, I can thoroughly recommend this. There are stalls selling all sorts from incense sticks to meditation CD’s to organically made clothing.

They also have lectures and meditation sessions in their quiter rooms. A great way to experience these first hand and in a safe environment.
